Under repair (note the repainted keel sections), a quick google search suggests this is ON.959 ex RNLB Helen Wycherley . Whitby was quite a place for looking at lifeboats - in addition to this one, there was Mary Ann Hepworth and St Hilda (ex ON.1004 Margaret Graham) berthed opposite, Robert and Ellen Robson in the Museum as well as the Trent class berthed at the station!!
