Probably a local boat, but not certain which vessel this is - perhaps if someone knows they will post its name.
Excellent ... then almost certainly former exRNLB ON-912 Euphrosyne Kendal / now Beatrice Mary. One engine was out on the ground on the port side - looked like a Ford. Engine room aluminium superstructure was also off, with scaffold visible on deck, over engine room.
